That week away did just the trick.  Plus the fact that I'm writing every morning and meditating every night. I've fallen in love with writing again. I'm in the middle of some major revisions and even though it looks like one big mess of things cut and pasted and highlighted and noted, I'm tickled with what's happening. Mostly what's happening is that I'm learning, which is one of my favorite things -- about writing and about life. Things I thought I was attached to, seem suddenly easy to let go of, they make room for new things, or just make room for the story to move along at the pace it should.   Fred has been very helpful. That's him there in the picture. He has opinions, oh he does have opinions.
